1. LET’S CONNECT!
I need to connect with each and every one of my couples. Heather Rebecca’s couples are unique because they are fun-loving, adventurous, and full of life. And they know and understand that to get fun, joyful, and genuine photos of their love story, we need to have a connection and a relationship. So our first step is connecting via Zoom or phone call to get to know each other! I always say I want to show up to your wedding day and feel like a friend or an extra bridesmaid rather than a hired vendor.
2. LET’S MAKE IT OFFICIAL!
After our initial video or phone call, if you and your other half decide we’re the perfect fit to work together, it’ll be time to make it official! All you need to do is decide on your package, and from there, I’ll send you an online proposal with your custom contract, invoice, and the payment schedule to be completed online!
Once your 50% retainer is paid, your date will be saved, and the fun will begin! From there, I’ll begin sending you helpful education such as my wedding guide, my list of vendor recommendations, education on first looks and timelines, and more. And then, the best part– we’ll start planning your engagement session!
